Our real estate agency arm had the privilege of selling a property to a client who desired a complete interior renovation. Our team at Connex Projects stepped in to execute the client’s vision, ensuring that their personality was reflected in the remodel. Knowing that the client had a refined taste for finer things, we made use of only high-end features and fixtures that had superior aesthetic value.
We carefully considered every detail of the remodel, from the choice of lights, tiles, and doors to toilet fittings and fixtures. Spanish tiles were chosen over regular Italian or Chinese tiles, and casement windows replaced the old ones. We also opted for barn doors in the bathroom entrances and in the pantry. To add a touch of luxury, accents of gold were incorporated throughout the property, as our client likes the colour.
The result was a beautifully remodelled property that reflected the client’s personality and tastes, with a distinct feeling of intimacy that allowed them to connect with their home.
