We were brought in to rescue a building that was about 70% completed, but unfortunately, the original contractors lacked the expertise to deliver satisfactory work.
The building’s exterior needed a major revamp to modernize its appearance and save it from becoming an architectural eyesore.
Our team made a series of impactful changes, including switching out the old-fashioned gable roof for a sleek, flat design that instantly updated the building’s aesthetic.
Another major issue was the limited parking space, which we solved by expanding the compound to accommodate up to four cars.
We also constructed a tank stand and fixed issues with the wall screeding, adding cladding to hide exposed pipes and constructing a soak-away sewer and concrete stamp floor.
Our team approached this project as a rescue mission, and we’re pleased to say that our efforts exceeded expectations, leaving the client thoroughly impressed with the final result.
