The Megamound project was an exciting undertaking for our real estate agency, as it encompassed both interior and outdoor upgrades. It all began with a successful transaction, after which we commenced work on installing a swimming pool, a wine bar, and other interior works.

Nestled in the serene and picturesque area of Apapa, this property boasts a sprawling land area of 5,000 square metres, comprising two stunning houses. Our goal is to breathe new life into this property and transform it into a modern and elegant masterpiece through a comprehensive renovation and remodelling of both its interior and exterior.
