Our client approached us with the desire to update the interior of their family home while still retaining its sentimental value and rich history.

Our real estate agency arm had the privilege of selling a property to a client who desired a complete interior renovation. Our team at Connex Projects stepped in to execute the client's vision, ensuring that their personality was reflected in the remodel. Knowing that the client had a refined taste for finer things, we made use of only high-end features and fixtures that had superior aesthetic value.

We were brought in to rescue a building that was about 70% completed, but unfortunately, the original contractors lacked the expertise to deliver satisfactory work. The building's exterior needed a major revamp to modernize its appearance and save it from becoming an architectural eyesore.
